The Disable Clerk Lookup parameter is used to prevent the Clerk Lookup List from being displayed.
When enabled, the Clerk Lookup List is not displayed when pressing [Ins] from the Login screen or from the Time Clock screen. The Clerk Number is not displayed when entered in the Login screen.
When disabled, the Clerk Lookup List and Clerk Number are displayed.
To enable Disable Clerk Lookup:
- Select Parameters from the Configuration Manager Settings menu.
- Select Disable Clerk Lookup with the [Spacebar] or mouse click to mark it with an X.
