The Quick Archive Backup function uses the 7-Zip (7za.exe) program (instead of PKZip.exe).
7za.exe is a true 32 bit Windows program and works with 64 bit operation systems.
7za.exe is the stand-alone version of the 7-Zip compression utility which is licensed as freeware.
The archives are still stored in .ZIP files, are created slightly faster than with PKZip, but are slightly larger in size.
License information for this product may be found in the 7-Zip folder located below the Keystroke installation folder.
The Quick Archives button displays the Quick Archives Settings screen where the compression program used to make Quick Archives may be changed from 7-Zip to PKZip. The Include Subdirectories flag may enabled to make the Quick Archive function include sub-directories in the .ZIP file (default is off).
