Software updates (patch files) are available - to licensed and registered software users who currently subscribe to a Software Maintenance Service plan. A valid User name and Password is required to access the Updates Library. To obtain a User name and Password, please contact SBS at (800)275-4727, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm Mountain Time. Then, please visit the Updates Library page.

KashBox Payment Processing Software is Released! - Specialized Business Solutions is proud to announce the release of a new software product called KashBox. KashBox is a unique and affordable PC-based alternative to traditional standalone credit card terminals. KashBox can be used to accept and manage most payment methods including cash, checks (verify or guarantee), all major credit cards, ATM/debit cards, and gift cards. Keystroke POS now supports PIN Pads and Signature Capture Devices - The following three devices are currently supported: Ingenico eN-Touch 1000, Verifone Everest Plus, and Mag-Tek IntelliPIN.

Annual Keystroke POS Dealer Summit - The Dealer Summit is the best opportunity for Dealers to learn more about Keystroke POS and the people who make it.  The week is packed with technical training, round-table discussions, and opportunities to build relationships. The Discussion Forum has been improved! - The Keystroke Discussion Forum has been updated to provide some great new features. Forum members can now automatically receive email notifications when there has been activity on the Forum sections and/or threads to which they subscribe. Simply enter a Forum section or thread and then use the Forum Tool or Thread Tool to select the Subscribe option. Current subscriptions can then be managed from the User CP (control panel).
