(Dillon, CO) Keystroke POS is rated OUTSTANDING in National Retail Federation SOFTWARE Satisfaction STUDY.

A study conducted by the National Retail Federation rated the Keystroke Point Of Sale system from Specialized Business Solutions ("SBS") well above the industry average in all categories measured.  The Keystroke POS system scored an overall satisfaction rating of 8.23 out of 10, substantially higher than the average of the study.  According to published results, "All ratings and benefits measurements are outstanding.  The merchandise/inventory control component is especially strong at delivering benefits.  This system is also seen as an excellent value for the money, well above the average in the study."

In measurements of user satisfaction, the percentage of customers who rated Keystroke 8 or better (out of 10) was significantly greater than that for other POS systems.  This is especially true for the following categories:  Customer Database - 18.5% higher;   Merchandise/Inventory Control System - 9% higher;  Point of Sale System - 8.5% higher.  Among the top benefits reported by users were: User Friendly/Easy to Learn,   Saves Time,   Increased Sales/Decreased Expenses,   Inventory Control/Customer Tracking,  Less Paperwork/More Accuracy,  and Links with Accounting Systems.   Users also reported that as a result of using the Keystroke system, they experienced an average of over 20% increase in sales and an average 17.75% decrease in expenses.

Users reported a high level of satisfaction with the overall performance of the system, as well as the sales and service received from both the local dealer and SBS.
