The company's tech support is unmatched The product is full-featured and well thought-out. SBS takes the time to listen to their dealers and address their concerns and suggestions--most of the development of the product comes from dealers' input. There are some improvements that could be made, but overall as compared to other software I'm very familiar with, it's the first one I'd recommend and prefer to work with.
